Well, generally speaking, it is normal to have baggy eyes in the morning., especially when you do not have good sleep. Most bags under the eyes are the result of accumulated fat in the eye area. And if you do not have a good sleep, it will cause eye bags, because they are caused by a complex interaction between your body and the out world. Also, stress can lead to eye bags too. Eating salty food would affect puffiness and baggy eyes because it would cause your body to retain water during the night. Or you drink too much alcohol during the way to cause you to retain fluid around your eyes. On the other side, people always associate under-eye bags with lack of sleep, however, when we are aging, the amount of fat beneath the eyes actually increases to cause baggy lower eyelids. The most effective way to relieve baggy eyes is limiting your sodium intake by avoiding food, like fast food. Also reduce the amount of alcohol you drink. Or you can place green tea bags over your baggy eyes for about 15 minutes, because they can pull the skin taut . Another method is placing slice cucumber over your baggy eyes due to it acts as an astringent and constrict the blood vessels around the eyes.
