Anxiety can lead to many eye problems. When you are experiencing anxiety, the adrenaline of your body, which makes your body fight or flight, will rush, resulting in your dilated pupils. Moreover, anxiety can lead to blurred vision, dizziness and other visual symptoms. Anxiety can cause malfunction of the fight or flight response, so one should control the anxiety as much as possible.
