Yes, the eye floaters are so serious which you should not ignore it. You should find the clean cloth and some hot water to do the warm compress to make your eyes feel comfortable. Then you should keep on using the eye drops to make your eyes feel comfortable. You should eat more food with vitamin C to moisture the eyes. With good habit of life and sleep, you will get the clear eyes.

Well, yes, it is possible to have more eye floaters in your eyes after you have concussion. Generally speaking, eye floaters are basically little blobs of protein that float through the hollow sphere which is filled with a thick, gel like fluid known as the vitreous humor. And they can be harmless, and do not need to be treated. But on the other hand, you also can try some ways to treat it. For example, you can eat as many water and vitamin rich vegetables as possible. Also, you can just have some fish oil which can be good for your situation. Anyway, you can take some measures to make your eye floaters less noticeable. Just have a try.
