  Oh my god, it seems that your situation is quite terrible because from what I can see, those skin tags would of course damage your looks and your confidence. Anyway, it is resulted from the imbalance of your hormone level or a lack of vitamins and nutrition, maybe also has something to do with your age. Anyway, the best way to eliminate them is through surgery, because it is only a matter of looks, which would not damage your health. Just try to consult some cosmetic surgeon.

  It is really ugly to have the skin tags around the eyes. You could use some oil essentials to adopt on the eyes skin to make it moisture. You could also use the warm compress to make the eyes surrounding part become comfortable. The most effective way for you to reduce the skin tags around the eyes is to eat more food with vitamin C and A to improve the health of the eyes.
