Yes, when you get the dehydration, your eye nerves will be intense and the eye pressure will be high. That is why you get the dilated pupils. Even the infected eyes may get the dilated eyes easily. You'd better drink more water to get rid of the dilated pupils. You could eat more food with vitamin C to moisture the eyes.

Well, in my opinion, it is possible to get dilated pupils, when you have dehydration. As we know that high blood pressure and anxiety are the most common causes of dilated pupils. So when you suffer dehydration, your body will be disordered. So at that moment, you may suffer high blood pressure too. And then it is possible to lead to dilated pupils. And it will just take several days to your eye dilation to go away. So you can just not be worried about it. Also, you should know that dilated pupils occur, when the pupils, the black part of the eye are bigger than normal. And in my opinion, you can go and have a test in the hospital.

Well, as a matter of fact, dilated eyes could be resulted from a wide variety of reasons, such as a interested in something, or being panicked by something horrible, or some drugs and hormones. Anyway, generally speaking, dilated eyes would not be generated from dehydration, but it might indirect impact pupils. Anyway, try to pay more attention to your eyes. And if you can see dilated eyes on a regular basis, try to consult a doctor.
