Yes, depression moods can interfere with daily life and so bring hopelessness, anxiety, and more. They are associated with decreased vision and dry eyes. We can use several ways to fight dry eyes. Maybe, eye drops can help the dry eyes. However, you also need to pay much attention to this symptom. Firstly, make your world more humid. Secondly, try to eat more food which is friendly to your eyes. In addition, try some eye protection drugs. The last but not the least, rest your eyes frequently.

Well, I quite understand your anxiety over the possibility of having dry eyes because of depressive mood. So, as a matter of fact, there is no direct relationship between a pair of dry eyes and depressive mood. However, it is noticeable that depression could indirectly lead to some disorder of our body, eyes, and physical condition, thus, indirectly cause dry eyes, but this is nearly impossible. Anyway, you gotta pay more attention to your eyes, maybe artificial tears and other special eye drops could help you out of this problem.
