Can head injury affect eyesight?

I just hit my head. But i also feel vision blurry. Can head injury affect eyesight?

    Yes, it could cause that. Because vision changes resulting from a head injury. Car accident injuries are the most common cause of head trauma leading to problems with vision. Optic nerve injury can cause a range of vision changes that affects all aspects of sight. Blurred vision is one of head injury symptoms.

    Yes, the head injury will affect the eye sight because the nerves between the eyes and brains are interlinked. Once you have the bad head hit, your eye nerves will be affected and work in disorder. You may see things in blurry. I strongly suggest you to go to the hospital to have a full check on the head and the eyes.
