After the prk surgery, you'd better not do the exercise immediately which may cause the damage for the eyes. During this time, you'd better protect the eyes from strong sunlight, wind and other bad environment. And you should eat the spicy food which may stimulate your eyes. Yes, you can exercise after prk surgery. You can exercise two weeks later after the surgery. In two weeks, you should avoid combative sports in particular. Because when you exercise, you will rub your eyes with your hands or your clothes when you are sweating. There are amounts of bacteria in your hands and clothes. So these bacteria can easily have access to get into your eyes and get your eyes infected. I advise you to do exercise when you recover.
