Can I use regular eye drops together with antibiotic drop for pink eye?

I have got pink eye for several days . I am using the antibiotic drop for pink eye which I can only use two times a day. But I wish I can use it more to make me recover soon. So I wonder if I could use regular drops at the other times.

    You can use regular artificial tears together with antibiotic drop. Preservative free eye drops are much better for your eyes. But you should wait about 10 minutes after you use antibiotic drop.
