  The contact lenses that stuck on your eyes are likely caused by dry eyes since the the heat in the shower may evaporate your tears. If so, you can use some eye drops. It will help to moisten your eyes, thus to get them out of eyes. If it still not work, you may have to ask help from doctor.

  Well, it is so unwise for you to take a shower with your contact lenses inside your eyes. Because as you can see, if you try to shower with contact lenses, there will be some potential dangers and your contacts might be stuck and folded maybe. Anyway, you should try your best not to rub your eyes because this would generate infections, maybe you just need to go to a eye clinic for treatment. Or ask someone else to help with your problem.
