What eye drops can pregnant woman use for pinkeye?

I just got pregnant and was infected with pinkeye yesterday. What eye drops can I use?

    Wash them with saline first. If it is serious, using some chloramphenicol eye drops will work. As you just got pregnant, i suggest you wash your eyes with saline for it can reduce the bacteria in your conjunctiva, which is helpful for providing immunity.

    You can use ofloxacin eye drops together with Erythromycin Eye Ointment. If you find this desn't get better after some time you should go to hospital to see if your pinkeye is caused by virus or bacteria. Wish you a quick recovery
