Can you wear eyeglasses together with swimming goggles?

I want to swim, but see under water as well. Can all goggles fit around glasses, do you need prescription goggles.. I ruled out contact lenses.

    You'd better not, it may be dangerous with the eyeglasses on while swimming. If you wear eyeglasses together with swimming goggles, you probably cannot see clearly.

    Ok, it seems that you are going to swim for fun, and it would be wise for you to rule out contacts. So, as you can see, it would be very convenience for us to have a pair of prescription swimming goggles, which both facilitate our vision and our swimming fun. However, those goggles are not very popular, then you have to visit some large optical centers such as Walmart vision center, where you could ask those clerks to make a special pair for you.
