  The middle-aged people who are between 40 and 60 can wear contacts for a short time. People who are over 60 had better not wear contact lenses, otherwise it may cause severe complication, which can cause the permanent eye damage.Also for old people ,he may have difficulties getting the lenses in and out.It is required to have an exam before wearing contacts.So the doctor can give you more information about that. "
