It is true that carrots can help improve our eyesight, because they are high in Vitamin A. Vitamin A can help to form some important ingredients which can help to improve our eyesight, especially when we are in the dark room. So we must eat more carrots. But if you don't like them, you can take vitamin pills instead.

I know that vitamin-A rich carrots can help us to see better in the dark room. Vitamin A is also known as retinol. It can be converted to retinene which makes up part of the photopigments. We know that the more photopigments we have, the better we can detect light. In situations where less light is hitting the retina such as in a dark room or in the night, it can works better.
