Are you wearing metal framed eyeglasses or plastic framed eyeglasses? Usually, some metal glasses frame will cause skin irritation.When wearing eyeglasses, the sweat will corrode the metal frames, thus to incitation skin and cause acne. So, If your eyeglasses cause you acne, you'd better give up the eyeglasses can choose another one. Usually, titanium and plastic glasses frame won't cause skin irritation.

Take off your glasses to wash your face often and clean the plastic bridges with alcohol every morning and night to kill the bacteria.

Maybe you are allergic to the material of the glasses. You can have a check in the hospital so next time you can buy the special kind of frames that won't cause any side effect on your shins. And I know that the titanium frames can be suitable for most people. This kind of material seldom causes an allergic. You can have a try.

Are you sure your acne is caused by your eyeglasses? I know that teenagers often get acne because the metabolism of them are quicker than other people, if they don't wash their face clean from now on, the bacteria and skin debris on their face will lead to acne. So I strongly suggest you to have your acne checked by a doctor to see whether it was caused by eyeglasses or bacteria. Hope this helped!

You can have you eyeglasses cleaned by an optician in any optical shop. Maybe you acne is cause by bacteria on your frames. My optician told me that I should clean my eyeglasses at least every half a year, because there are many bacteria on our frames which may cause an eye infection. And have the eyeglasses cleaned will provide us a clear vision. So why not do that?

If you have used your glasses for many years and have never cleaned them in an optical shop, you may get acne or eye infections from your eyeglasses because there are many bacteria on them but we can't see them. I recommend you to try a kind of solution which can help clean your eyeglasses. Once my optician told me that the solution can prevent my eyeglasses from corrosion and rusting. And it can kill the bacteria on the lenses too. But I got that bottle of solution for free because I bought the glasses in his shop.
