You can use make up to cover your tired eyes in the morning. Maybe you don't have a good sleep in the night, so you have tired eyes. You can also wash your face with cold water. the coolness will wake up your mind and make you energetic. Or you can run hundreds of miles and then take a shower. This may have the same effect.
I think the easiest way to get rid of tired eyes in the morning is to catch up enough sleep and keep a healthy sleep circle. Tired eyes are badges of tiredness and it is reminders of lacking of sleeps. You can also use cold, thin slices of white potatoes or cucumbers as cold compresses. If you don't have all of those things, you can use cooled tea bags on your eyes for instead.
