Is it safe to look at the sun at sunset ?

  Well, of course, you can just look at sunset, and it can be fine. You do not need to worry about it. Generally speaking, people have been told that we should not look at sun directly, or it will just damage our eyes. And that is because there are uv rays or other types of rays in sunlight. And they can be very harmful to our eyes. Also, the sunlight is too strong that it will make some harm to our eyes too. For example, it may lead to blindness in some cases. But on the other hand, it will be ok to look at sunset, for sunset light can be weak. So there is no problem.

  Yes, it is safe for you to look at sunset. However if the sun light is still strong at sunset, you'd better wear the sunglasses to help your eyes protect from the uv rays and other bad lights. You should protect the eyes carefully which are the very important parts for the whole body. You could also go to the online store to buy the sunglasses which could be used in the spare time under the strong lights.

  Well,as you can see, sunshine is the strongest light source in the world, which may give out a lot of rays and become harmful to our eyes, leading to some slight problems, photophobia, decreased vision, even blindness. So, you have to take care of your eyes and avoid focusing on sunset even in the late afternoon. Just try to get a pair of sunglasses , that would do you good. And please pay attention to your eye health in every way.
