is it normal to have headaches weeks after having detached retina surgery?

Had surgery 3 weeks ago on a detached retina, i have a gas bubble and buckle in my eye. During the day is fine but at night i get headaches. Is this normal. could it be to much use of tv and internet on my iphone?
