That's may because your child play computer game for a long time or the writing posture is not correct. If it caused by the above problem, do not worry, tell your child do not play computer game again or correct his/her writing posture. And if your child double vision is not caused by the above problem, your child double vision may caused by some disease, you'd better ask an eye doctor for help.

Yes, double vision occurs when the brain cannot combine the images from each of the eyes into a single image and there are several types of double vision, so the treatment for your child will depend entirely on the type and cause of his or her diplopia. You child may wear an eye patch, or special glasses or contacts. Also, if it is serious, eyelid surgery can be used to correct a squint that causes double vision. And if it is caused by dry eye, dry eye treatment can help. So the first thing for you is to go to the hospital and let the doctor find the real cause for your child, then have the relevant treatment. Good luck!

Don't worry, your child will be fine. Double vision is the individual sees two images of a single thing either all the time, or some of the time. And if one sees one direction, and then two images occur that means eye-muscle weakness . I have known that double vision has three types: binocular double vision, monocular double vision, physiological double vision. Double vision can be caused by injury, dry eyes and an arterial disease. But childhood double vision still does not have a complete definition. Well, if your child really suffers double vision, visit a doctor as soon as possible. And take some preliminary tests to determine which kind of double vision your child experiences. If your baby gets binocular double vision - the specialist needs to determine which eye muscles are faulty. If your baby gets monocular double vision - the specialist will examine the patient for possible eye conditions, such as cataracts. Eye muscles surgery, have an eye patch over one eye and wear eyeglasses with filters are the most common treatments for childhood double vision.
