Why do my eyes get so dry at night?

  Dry eyes can be caused by lots of reasons. Tiredness, lack of water, internal thermal, and eye infection can lead to dry eyes. Your dry eyes probably caused by tiredness. Use some artificial tears to relive your dry eyes, and then they'll be fine. Always remember that relaxation is the best natural treatment. Take a break once an hour when you work. Drink adequate water, and massage your eyes whenever you can.

  Well, I have to say that it is normal to have dry eyes at night. According to some experts, if your eyes do not make enough tears to coat the eye, you may have dry eye. And for the causes, you need know that hereditary, immune-mediated, drug-induced, chronic allergic eyelid disease can be the common ones. And according to your situation, I will tell you that it may be because of eye infection.   Yes, it will happen sometimes. This happens because there is a deficiency of tears on the eye surface. This kind of dry eyes symptoms can make us very uncomfortable at night. If you spend long hours in front of computers at night and if you wear contact lenses, they can absorb the fluids from the surface of the eyes so your eyes will be very dry. To solve this problem, you can add tears to the eyes artificially to retain the lubrication of the eyes. And there are artificial tears in the market which is in the form of eye drops.
