Can you be allergic to contact lenses ?

Is it possible to be allergic to contact lenses ? Every time i wear contact lenses, my eyes feel bad and watery. Is it mean i can't wear contact lenses?

In reality, it's quite normal for most people feel uncomfortable when they wear contact lenses in the beginning. However, there is also a possibility to feel uncomfortable owing to allergy. Let alone the infection, only from the contact lenses themselves, long-term wearing will produce a series of negative effects, such as eyes resistance recession, visual fatigue, dry eyes, cornea damage and so on. Therefore, it's obviously easy to give rise to allergic beacause of contact lenses. It is recommend that if your eyes feel bad and watery when you wear them, you are supposed to spend less time in wearing them or change the brand. Neverthless, if the situation hasn't improved at all, you'd better have a health check in consideration of your eyes.

There are lots of side effect of contact lenses, allergy may indirectly caused by these side effects. Deposits of intraocular fluid (or aqueous humor) on the contact lenses are a possible side effect.And these deposits make your eyes feel uncomfortable. When the situation get serious, they will develop an eye infection. The other side effect may be inflammation of the eyelids. Some people might experience small, inflammatory bumps that appear under their eyelids, which can make wearing contact lenses painful and uncomfortable. It doesn't mean you cannot wear contact lenses, just keep the whole procedure of your wearing clean.

Sure, it is possible to be allergic to contact lenses. And some people can always feel bad and uncomfortable when they wear contact lenses, their eyes may be red and some other infections. You can try do good cleanings and do not wear contact lenses for a long time. What's more, go to find out those fit you well.

Not sure what you are paying them but it is apparent that someone is just creating very risky blog comments on penalised sites which is only dragging you down on the SERPs.
