  Well, yes, vitamin c can be helpful to the black eyes. So you can just have some vitamin c intake. For example, you should take more fruits and vegetables which contain a lot of vitamin c. generally speaking, injury can lead to black eyes, and also lead to swelling and dark discoloration around your eyes. So you can try using ice to reduce the swelling caused by a black eye. In this way, the bruising will start fading in a few days.

  Black eyes are different from dark circles.
