  Well, first, you should know that when you get eye abrasion, your eyes become red and itchy, for corneal abrasion is mostly caused by some eye infection. And also, you should not ignore these problems, because it is dangerous to have it. In some cases, it can also lead to some serious eye diseases, such as the pink eyes, even dry eyes. By wearing an eye patch, it will insure a speedy recovery for your eyes. Or you can have some eye drops to relieve your cases. You can use some cool tea bags under your eyes so that it can relieve your situation.

  If you suffer from the following symptoms including pain, photophobia or a reflex production of tears, it is likely that you are at the risk of corneal abrasion. There are many common reasons causing the corneal abrasion such as the dry eyes, foreign body injuries and the prolonged contact lens wear. Therefore, when any of these problems rise, you should pay more attention to the potential corneal abrasion. However, it would not become a very serious disease if you take the appropriate actions to protect your eyes.

  Corneal abrasion could be classified according to different levels of injury. Slight corneal abrasion is just like scratched eyes, red injury. But serious corneal abrasion could be very horrible , there would just be some deep scar on your eyes. Anyway, corneal abrasion could give rise to some serious problems such as infections , even blindness. So you need to take care of this before too late.
