    Well, generally speaking, eye puffiness is a type of fluid build-up, which is also known as dropsy in the tissues around your eyes. In many cases, we can also call it as the orbits. And puffy eyes can be a sign of dehydration. So you need drink some water to relieve the situation. Also, because the skin of the eyelids is the thinnest in the body, it will look like swelling underneath the lids or discoloration. Also, there are many factors which can cause the puffy eyes, such as over consumption of salt, allergies or infections that can cause inflammation and swelling, and sinus problems. Anyway, for your situation, water is essential. Also, just putting some tea bags is also important.

    When your eyes become swelling, this symptom is called the puffy eyes which can be caused by different factors. It could be a sign of dehydration. You'd better see whether the surrounding parts of the eyes are dry at the skin which may easily cause the eye nerves become intense. Then the blood circulation around the eyes will be worked in disorder. That is why causes your puffy eyes. As we know, the eye surrounding parts are so weak that will make us get eyes problems easily through the dehydration. We should eat more food with vitamin C to moisture the eyes. At the same time, we should keep the good diet which may keep the eyes healthy. However, we should not drink too much amount of water before the sleep which may cause the eyes to get puffy the next morning.

    Well, it seems that there is something wrong with your body. As a matter of fact, puffy eyes is just a sign of your health hazard, which means that there is something more serious problem behind the curtain. Puffy eyes could be dehydration's symptoms, but there might be other possible causes. So, what I recommend is that you should take a medical exam to see what happened. Sometimes it is resulted from allergies.
