It did sound crazy, yet it is true. Coffee has been known to be problematic. Some research says vision loss or blindness might be caused by heavy drinking of caffeinated coffee. Because it increases the pressure within the eyeball which can cause glaucoma. According to the new study, drinking more than three cups of coffee per day any increase the risk of developing glaucoma, which can lead to vision loss or blindness. Coffee is a stimulant, that's why some experts even call it drug. If you have the habit of drinking coffee one cup after another to perk us up, I am too, you have to control it. Reduce our coffee drinks gradually from 5 cups to 2 cups, from double caffeinated to half-decaf to total decaf. It is not easy, yet we have to insist. Hope we could quit coffee soon!
