How long does it take for a black eye swelling to go away?

  Well, I am so sorry to hear that you`ve got black eye swelling. It is not normal to develop it. Generally speaking, it is gonna take a few days ,even more than a week for it to fade away. In the mean time, you should reduce the use of your eyes, take enough sleep and have healthier diet. By doing so, you are likely to quicken the process of recovery. More importantly, don't get another black eye swelling, because they look really ugly. So, you should attach more importantce to your eye health. Stay happy and perhaps they will no longer to be seen in no time.

  In order to let the black eye swelling go away, you may need to wait for at least a week. You should keep on using the cold cloth to cover on the surrounding eyes to release the swelling part. In order to make the effect better, you can put the cloth in the refrigerator and then take it out to use. Having a good rest, you should keep away from the spicy food.

  Naturally, it may take two to three weeks for the bruising around your eyes to go away. A black eye is a bruise to your eye or the area around it. The dark area is caused by bleeding under the skin. You can take care of your black eye if you wanna make it disappear quickly. You can cover an ice bag with a towel, and gently close your eye and place it over your eye for 15 to 20 minutes. Because of ice could help reduce inflammation, such as swelling, pain and redness. But do not sleep with the ice pack on your eye otherwise you could get frostbite.
