When your eyes get tired, just shift around with moving up and down, left and right for a few seconds. Then close your eyes tightly for 2-3 seconds and then open them for 2-3 seconds. Repeat doing this. It will help relieve the eye strain.

Yeah. The eye exercises does improve muscle strength if you do them regularly. I know some here: move the eyeballs up and down, then left and right. Rotate clockwise, then counter-clockwise.You can search more details in the web browser.

Go to see your eye doctor to get the eyes checked and find out the reason. No exercises can help you settle this problem.

What do you mean by helping your eyes work together? Can't follow you. If you mean you want to relieve tiredness, there are many good eye exercises for you to choose from. You can have a look at Google. You will find many different eye exercises. Most of them are very easy. But I'd like to remind you that you must wash your hands before doing eye exercise.

The easiest way to relieve your tired eyes is to look at the distance for a few minutes. Or you can close your eyes for a few minutes to have a good rest. Some people will suffer from dry eyes after staring at computer screen for a long time. If you are under that situation, I suggest you to apply some artificial tears to lubricate your eyes. Hope this helped too.

There are some eye exercises that can help your eyes work together. But I don't know what's wrong with your eyes. If your eyes are under good condition and you just want to practice them from time to time, you can choose the easiest type of eye exercise to practice your eyes. But if there is something wrong with your eyes, I suggest you to turn to your eye doctor immediately. He or she can figure out your problems and give appropriate suggestions. Good luck!
