Why is it bad to wear contacts when playing computer?

I have heard that it is better not wearing contacts when playing computer,why?

    Because when you play computer, you often blink less, thus the surface of your lenses can dry out easily. As a result, you may get pain in your eye. If it is serious enough, it may affect your eyesight.

    Most contacts have lower oxygen permeability and can cause your eye lack of oxygen easily. When you face the computer screen for a long time, your eyes are always strained and can become dry easily.
