Why does my child blink his eye frequently?

  It may be caused by trichiasis. The infants who have facial obesity often get trichiasis. Because of the facial obesity, the lower eyelash will get involved inside, then the eyelash will rub the eyeball which they will find uncomfortable and keep blinking their eyes.

  This may be an early sign of myopia. I often blinked my eyes before i suffered myopia when i was 11 years old.

  It could be viral Conjunctivitis and often happens after a cold. The symptoms are red eyes,tearing,sensitive to light etc.You‘d better take him to see the doctor.
