How to use the solution & how to put contact lenses in?

How much solution do you need to put on them? and do you need solution on your finger before you put it in?I really need more information about it.

    You don't have to need solution on your finger before you put it in, you only need wash your hands before putting the lenses in. When you begin to insert them, use a magnifying mirror to watch the lens come in and touch the eye. Once you feel the cold, then remove the finger and slowly close the eye. Then you are ready to go to the next one. Remember to keep both eyes open and mustn't blink.
