Technically, you are not recommend to use contact lens solution as eye drops. But there are some customer said that it is OK to use contact lens solution as eye drops. I have a friend who is also a contact lenses wearer. She sometimes use contact solutions as eye drops to lubricate her eyes, and she said that she feel fine to use the solution. Besides, some people apply contact lens solution to treat their allergies and dry eyes. So, it is OK to use contact lens solution sometimes. But you are still suggested to buy eye drops for the seek of your eyes.
