How to get rid of eye debris?

  It is really bad to suffer debris in the eyes. If your eyes suffered from debris, you shall keep calm and don't rub your eyes even if you may feel itchy, pain or foreign feeling in the eyes. Or it may make the situation more serious. Then, you can open your infected eyes as wide as you can, use a mirror and try to find out where are the debris in the eyes. If you can find it, try to get it out from your eyes gently with your clean finger. If you can't find it, try to blink your eyes till you find the debris out. Or you can apply eye drops. Try to use eye drops as much as you can so that to flush the debris out of the eyes. Hope this Work.

  First of all, you should really remember that you have to avoid rubbing your eyes. Because once you rub your eyes, you just worsen the situation. You should relax and keep in mind that some symptoms that you may be suffering from is very normal and you really don' t need to panic. And then you can give yourself a cool compress, which can help kill the bacteria. It is fine if you want to remove the debris yourself, but you have to wash your hands with soap and clean water first or you will increase the risk of getting infected.
