  There are many factors that contribute to eye bags. To reduce and prevent eye bags, you shall know what cause the eye bags for you. If your eye bags come from gene because of heredity, there is no way that we can do to reduce or prevent it. The only way that you can so is taking a eyelid surgery that can help you get rid of eye bags. But if it caused by unhealthy life style, you can correct it by keeping health life.

  To make the eye bags less noticeable and smaller, here are some ways that may help. First, you shall keep health life, getting bed early every night to keep enough sleep. Besides, you shall try to drinking as less water as possible every night. And in your diet, you shall reduce salt consumption. In addition, you shall massage your eyelid everyday to increase blood circulation that may help you reduce eye bags.

  There are several home remedies to prevent and reduce the appearance of under-eye bags such as getting adequate sleep and reducing caffeine and alcohol intake. Other treatments include using medical-grade eye creams with high concentrations of antioxidant vitamins C and E and hyaluronic acid-which helps increase hydration and resiliency-as well as vitamin K, which reduces the appearance of dark circles and broken blood vessels. People can also use cool compresses daily to help prevent under-eye bags from worsening. These therapies can only prevent the problem from getting worse, they do not cure one of the ailment.
