If you want to play football and your vision is bad, you'd better wear the eyeglasses to help you get the right vision. You'd better not wear the contact lenses although it is convenient for you to do the sports. The sweat coming down into the eyes may let the eyes get infection. You should better use the eyes drops to improve the bad vision.

You know one of the ways of vision improving is doing more exercise of your physical body. Playing football itself will improve the blood circulation system within your whole body as well as your eyes. It is very good to help with your eyes health. As for the convenience of your vision aid, you can wear contact lens when you playing football. They are light and tiny and available, it will not bring any burden on your face when you doing strenuous sports. However, please prevent the dirty and sweats get into your eyes when you wearing it. The virus will lead the inflammation in your cornea especially when you wearing contacts.

Bad vision can be quite a pain in the neck, especially when you are playing football. You have my sympathy. But in order to improve your vision, you'd better, first and foremost, get some goggles or prescription sports eyeglasses. goggles and prescription sports eyeglasses are known for their function of vision correction as well as protection. Once you have a pair on your eyes, your vision will be enhanced and at the same time, protect your eyes from being hindered by dust, glare and accidental damage. Basketball megastars such as Dwayne Wade and Amare Stoudemire all used to wear such a pair. They kind of become these sports athletes' trademark. You can have your eyesight checked by an optometrist and then have a custom-made pair of prescription sports eyeglasses of your own. Then you can have your way in the court. Finger crossed.
