Does wearing computer glasses help eyes?

I spend my time in front of the computer for like 10 hours and I was wondering if I were to wear computer glasses will my eyes gradually get better even when using the computer? (hah ya I can't find much to do except computer stuff >.>).

Your eyes will not get better by wearing computer glasses ,but it can help protect Computer Radiation and reduce the eye strain to some extent .Computer radiation do much harm to the eye that in the beginning of radiation our eyes cannot escape the symptoms of fatigue, inflammation, lachrymation, pricking and so forth. computer glasses not only have magic function of vision correction but more importantly, they are unique and superior in reducing the computer radiation while we are working at the computer and in the office

Eyeglasses is just a pieces of tool to help you see things clear. And wearing computer glasses can protect your eyes from reflective light from computer screen thus to release your eye strain. From this point, wearing computer glasses can stop your eyes become more worse. But i don't think your eyes will gradually get better just by wearing computer glasses. If you want to cure your eyes, maybe laser surgery will help.
