  The long term effects of dry eyes will be limit the eyes use in your daily life and work with the light symptom, and the heavy symptom will be dry tissue of cornea, piercing even go to blindness with your visual function. This symptom has been caused by excessive eyes using. The decrease of blink times will cause lack of tear hyposecretion that lead to dry eyes and visual fatigue. You had already use artificial tears to relief the dry eyes but it is not a fundamental solution. Your eyes need to have a good rest and relax. The next time you go to work, please soften your computer screen’s light, and lower the intense of contrast, which will ease your eyes. Help yourself to have a distant view every two hours for 10min. If your work will ask you use computer in a long time, you need to eat some supplement or fruits which full of Vitamin A & B, and carotene. They are the necessary nutrients which would protect your eyes everyday. Carrot, Chrysanthemum tea, sesame, bean, milk and wheat germ are all the great choice for you. At the meantime, eyes massage will bring more comfort to your eyes. However, if your symptom has already very serious, you would better go to doctor at once.

  The dry eyes must be caused by a long time use of eyes before the computers which may cause many effects. If you just ignore the dry eyes, there will be the floaters in the eyes which may make the eyes feel painful. What's worse, it may let the eyes get serious infection and let them get inflammation. You'd better use the eyedrops and eat more food with vitamin C to release this symptom.

  As we all know, dry eyes are uncomfortable and a nuisance, and when the dry eyes last long, it will cause many problems. For example, you know while appearing the dry eyes, the tears will corresponding reduce, which will cause fearful irritation to the front of the eye, especially the cornea which plays an important role in our eyes. Besides, because of the dry eyes, you may be annoyed by the burning and a feeling of scratchiness as if there is something adheres to your eye, consequently, a gritty, sandy sensation will get worse as time past and the dry eyes get worse. According to the doctor, this problem often cause by using computer for long time, so if you can not cure it by eye drops, you had better ask help for the professional eye doctor. As well, you can put a humidifier in your home. Hope you can get rid of the dry eyes.
