Your eye area is even more susceptible to the negative impact of unprotected sun exposure. He resulting sun damage causes the skin around your eyes to lose its elasticity, which in turn allows more fluid to accumulate in the area. In addition, sagging skin just tends to look puffier. In that way, you can apply wet washcloths with ice water on your swelling eyes, then you will soon feel better. Moreover, you can try placing cool, wet tea bags on top of it. Moreover, topical and oral OTC medications containing both painkillers and anti-inflammatory agents can help with very painful sunburn swelling. Products containing aspirin, ibuprofen, and acetaminophen are popular choices, as many people find that these products provide faster relief for swelling and pain than alternative treatments.

Hi, the condition suggests angioedema which is due to hypersensitivity reaction.Drugs like amoxicillin, ACE inhibitors, stress, excitement, cold exposure, prolonged sitting or standing, and ingestion of certain foods can cause such reaction. This can also be seen with sun exposure in some individuals. She needs to avoid triggering factors. Photosensitivity can be decreased by avoiding direct sunlight or wearing protective clothing with sunscreen (SPF more than 15).

Swollen eyelid can occur if a person goes out in the sun without any protection and receives sunburns. Because of the skin on the eyelid is very sensitive. The best treatment for sunburn is preventing. You can put on sunscreen before going out into the sun, especially for lighter colored individuals are best. The higher the sun protection factor like SPE, the more protection it would provide. Or you can wear protective clothing and accessories, for example, wearing light colored clothing can help reflect the sunlight, or wearing sun hats and sunglasses to aid in preventing too much sun exposure.

If you get exposure too much under the strong sunlight, you will easily get swelling eyes. However, you may need one week to let the eyes get recovery. During this time, you'd better not be in the strong light and not eat spicy food that stimulate the allergic symptom. You can also adopt the warm cloth on the eyes to release the swelling eyes.
