It depends. Not everyone who took lasik eye surgery need sunglasses. But most people need so as to help them fight against light sensitivity. Usually, after taking the surgery, people may feel light sensitive. And also the strong sunshine outside are not in favour of the recovery of the eyes. So, they need shield the eyes with sunglasses. Besides, you shall not rub your eyes after the surgery. Also, taking part in risk activities or rigorous sport activities are prohibit.
