Firecrackers can make your eyes red. The firecrackers usually produce a lot of smoke and debris which will affect your eyes. When you are setting off firecrackers, the particles in the smoke will enter your eyes and cause eye redness. Any foreign objects, even water, can irritate eyes. So the smoke particles and debris from the firecrackers will slip in eyes and cause eye irritation. Because of this, your eyes will feel itchy and look red. When you are setting off firecrackers, you should keep a certain distance from them lest your eyes are affected and feel uncomfortable. If you get some particles or debris in your eyes, you can rinse your eyes with clean water. Then apply artificial tears to your eyes to flush the remaining foreign objects out. If the condition is severe, you can rush to the hospital to have the problem solved.
