What Acuvue contacts can I try for dry eyes?

I am a current contact lenses wearer. And I have the dry eyes now. I know eye drops can help me with this. While I don’t know which one is suitable for me? And I also want to know if there is a special kind of Acuvue contacts can help me with this problem.

There is no such kind of contacts as you required. Your symptom is result of insufficient tears to lubricate and nourish the eyes, so dry eyes happens. Try to restore or maintain the normal amount of tears in the eye is the common way to solve this problem. Prescription eye drops can help to increase production of tears. Your optometrist may recommend omega-3 fatty acid nutritional supplements to help solve this problem.

The causes of the dry eyes include: age, gender, medications, medical conditions, environmental conditions and so on. If your situation is not among these, your dry eyes may be caused by long term use of contacts lenses. You should take off your contacts and rest your eyes. You can also take plenty of water to avoid becoming dehydrated.
