Can a sinus infection cause eye strain ?

I suffered from sinus infection. Is it possible to cause eye strain? Any idea?

    Yes, it is very possible for you to get eye strain because of sinus infection. The eye strain will make your eyes feel uncomfortable. Sometimes it will make your eyes get blurry at the eyes vision. You could have the good rest and use the eye drops to moisture the eyes. You could also use the warm compress to make your eyes feel comfortable.

    In some degree, sinus infection can cause eye strain. Generally speaking, a blocked or inflamed nasal cavity cause sinus pressure. As a result, we will try to take breathe through our mouth or chest breathing leading to hyperventilation. Apart from that, we have take excessive oxygen, compared with the proportion of dioxide in our blood. As we all know, the high level of oxygen concentration will undoubtedly result in panic, dizzy or light sensitivity. Further, we enrroneously links these with other diseases. Then we enter into a vicious circle. Our eye are highly connected to our nerves. With the growing anxiety, we feel headache, discomfort, or eye pain. So it is possible to cause eye strain if you can not keep yourself in a peaceful mind.

    Sinus infection can cause many problems, such as headache, fever, sore throat, bad breath and it also can cause some eye problems, such as blurred vision, swelling eyes and eye strain. Those eye problems can be solved through use eye drops or ointments, and it can be cured after your sinus infection completely heal.
