Well, as far as I know, there is no direct relationship between a neck strain and eye twitching. Actually, I suspect that there is something wrong with your physical conditions recently, because sometimes, stress and overwork could lead to eye twitching. Therefore, you should do something to tackle the problem. Maybe you need some relax and refreshment, rather than much too work.

Yes, the neck pain will cause your eyes get twitching. Because you sit in front of the computers for a long time with full focus on the screen, your muscles in the neck will be stiff. What's worse, your eyes will be dry which will feel uncomfortable. The dry eyes may easily get into the bacterium which will cause the eye twitching. You'd better not sit in front of computers for a long time. You should move after about 50 minutes of using computers.

Not exactly. Many people will have a pain on neck after long time working in front of computer. However, eye twitching can be caused by eye srain and eye dry. If you stare computer in a long time, your eyes are naturally uncomfortable, especially the nerves that around the eyes. There are many other factors that will lead to eye twiching. For example, pink eye, eye infection and red eye. So if you feel eye twitching, have a rest at once and drop some basic eye drops.
