Are polarized lenses good for golf ?

I am gonna to buy sunglasses for shielding my eyes when i play golf. My friend recommend me polarized sunglasses. So i just want to know if polarized sunglasses are better for eyes when playing golf?

You do not need to buy the sunglasses with polarized function. The common sunglasses with the special coating are enough for you to play golf. Usually sunglasses with polarized function are suitable for fishing or driving. You just need to buy a pair of sunglasses to shield your eyes from the uv rays and other bad lights. That will be OK. Yes, they work better for playing golf. polarized sunglasses can cut the glares that are too sharp and disable you to see some parts of the field. You can track the flying ball better in comparison with non-polarized sunglasses. For many golfers, polarized sunglasses are a must for them to play golf.
