  Yes, astigmatism will cause eye twitching because of the easy infection to the eyes. You should use the eye drops with anti-inflammation to get rid of the coming invisible bacterium. You could also use the warm compress to make the eyes feel comfortable. You should not use the computer for a long time with little rest which may worsen your eyes twitching problems.
