  You should know migraines could be derived from lots of reasons and lots of factors can trigger suffering to you, such as blowing wind or strong sunshine. Anyway, you need a pair of nice sunglasses that could resist UV. So here I recommend you going to a local optical store or large shopping center to look for a good pair. Anything blocking UV could be helpful to you.
