Can dry eyes cause eye floater?

  Sorry to here that. Your dry eyes are indicative of an imbalance in the tear-flow system of the eye. This annoying eye problem can be caused by menopause, Sjogren's syndrome, collagen vascular diseases and Structural problems with the eye lids. You said that you can also saw some eye floaters. Eye floaters mean problems of the retina and can be relevant to dry eyes. When tears on the retina are inadequate, the retina will be detached from the back of the eye and eye floaters are to be noticed immediately. The conclusion is that when your dry eyes are lubricated and cured your retina will get normal and at last your eye floaters will likely to disappear.

  The dry eyes may lead to your eye floater. You should not sit in front of the computers for a long time with little rest which will cause your dry eyes. You could use the eyes drops to release the symptom. You could also do the warm compress to make the eyes be moisture. You could have a try.
