Can you get pink eye from wearing contacts too long?

    Wearing contact lenses can makes you feel much better than glasses. But there are some risks associated with the use of contact lenses as follows: 1. According to science research, wearing contact lenses also can cause eye infection, such as herpes, bacteria and microbes. 3. Incorrect ways of wearing contact lenses also can cause pink eyes.     Well, yes indeed, sometimes, and some people will get pink eyes if they wear contact lenses. This is basically due to some possible reasons. For example, since there will be some eye discharge and external bacteria exposed to your eyes and you haven't cleaned and kept your contacts on a regular basis. Also, some people are originally not supposed to wear contacts, and sometimes if you wear them for much too long in a day, both could lead to pink eyes. Just avoid doing these, and maybe you are good to go.
