Can pinguecula be removed?

I suffer pinguecula. Do you have any idea to remove it? Can it be cured?

    A pinguecula occurs because the damage of conjunctiva, which appears as a yellowish nodule on the surface of the corners of the eye. Consult your doctor if you have pinguecula for treatment.     Well, generally speaking, pinguecula occurs on the lining covering the white part of the eye. When it occurs, elevated spots which may be white or yellow will appear near the eye corners. And if can be contagious. So you need be careful when you have been got it. For the treatments, in my opinion, some lubricating eye drops can be effective, so you can just have some to treat your situation. Also, you need to be careful about the eye infection, or it will just make your situation more serious. For example, you should avoid touching your eyes with dirty hands. Anyway, you also can go and see the eye doctor.
