  I don't know why you got bloodshot eyes after a massage. As far as i know, bloodshot eyes, also called red eyes, are often result of allergies such as pet dander, pollen, dust and blowing wind etc. Besides, eye infection, corneal ulcers, acute glaucoma or blepharitis can also cause bloodshot eyes. So, to cure the bloodshot eyes, you shall first know what cause it, and then treat it in the right way.
