  Yes, fibromyalgia can cause eye swelling. Fibromyalgia is a central nervous system disorder characterized with widespread pain and allodynia. As we know, muscle pain can involve ligaments, tendons, fascia, and the soft tissues that connect muscles, bones and organs together, so fibromyalgia can also affect your whole body, including eyes. In addition to eye swelling, fibromyalgia can cause the development of the blurred vision and dry eyes.

  Well, yes, fibromyalgia can lead to swelling eyes. Fibromyalgia is a disorder and when it occurs, you will feel pain and tenderness at specific points in the musculoskeletal system. Also, some symptoms, such as hypothyroidism, certain viral infections, Lyme disease, stress will be caused too. Generally speaking, it can lead to lack of sleep. So in that way, it can just increase the eye pressure, leading to eye strain. Finally, swelling eyes, dry eyes, red eyes, and eye bags can occur. Anyway, it can be dangerous.

  Yes, fibromyalgia can cause eyes swelling. Fibromyalgia is a chronic disease, which is cyclic and progressive. It causes pain, stiffness or tenderness to muscles, tendons or joints. The most outstanding symptom of fibromyalgia is pain. People with fibromyalgia tend to have increased sensitivity to stimuli and have low pain threshold. The patients are going through some other symptoms such as fatigue, depression, less concentration, anxiety and memories problem. It can cause migraine, dizziness and vertigo too. Morning eyelids and hands swelling come from the fluid retension. I suggest you to apply some warm and wet compress on eyes to relieve the swelling.
